The final of “Miss Universe”-2008 contest has taken place today

The final of “Miss Universe”-2008 contest has taken place today in Vietnamese city N'ja Trang in the "Crown Convention center" concert hall. 80 participants presented their countries. Eleonora Masalab (“Miss Ukraine Universe”-2008 has worthily presented Ukraine  in the final of the show, transmitted on-line by American TV-channel NBC. Finalists were chosen by “star jury”: Donald Trump Jr ( vice-president "Trump Organization"), Roberto Cavalli (fashion-designer),  Jennifer Hawkins (“Miss Universe” – 2004), Nadine Velazquez ( model and star of NBC), Louis Licari (famous fashion stylist), Joe Cinque ( the president of American Academy of Hospitality Sciences), Eesha Koppikhar (model, star of Bollywood), Nguyen Cong Khe (the chief editor of "Thanh Nien" newspaper), Taryn Rose ( footwear designer). The contest was led by legendary TV-presenter Jerry Springer and Mel B, the lead singer of “Spice Girls”. 22 years old “Miss Venezuela" Dayana Mendoza has become the winner of the contest.
